We do not believe in just marketing your unit with the existing conditions if they do not improve the quality of the listing and that is why we are here to add value to you!
First impression matters. Thus, it is crucial to conceptualise on how we can market your unit in the best light and to further highlight and focus on the strengths of your unit. We will be able to advise on how we can style and dress up the unit, or in other scenarios, to even give the place an entire makeover! Yes it requires some effort and cooperation, but whether it makes a difference, you be the Judge.
B. PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOT & VIDEO MARKETING / POINT-OF-VIEW WALKTHROUGH
Who doesn’t like to see nice pictures? We take pride in all the homes we market, as per a house proud owner, we want to showcase every home in its best light.
Apart from styling and /or a makeover, we will also give all our clients a photo shoot and if suitable, a video shoot as well.
